BASIC LINE

The Basic Line is a technically mature concept for the reliable separation of flat products, as well as for feeding and counting (e.g. inserts, promotional material, cardboard packaging, envelopes, credit cards and similar products).

There are a wide variety of designs to meet your specific requirements.

The maximum belt speed for separation is 100 m/min.

Product thicknesses typically range from approx. 80 g/m² up to 10 mm thick.
