CUSTOMIZED MACHINES

CUSTOMIZED MACHINES

Separation and printing or labelling of flat products, either integrated into a feeder (MF feeder) or as a machine with camera control and ejection option. Furthermore, banding machines can also be integrated.

Examples

Printing

Cost-effective integration of an HP printing system into the delivery of a friction feeder.

Printing

Transport line with integration of a TTO print module from König + Bauer and a camera for verifying the printed code. At the end of the transport line there is a catch tray for collecting and removing the finalized cartons.

Printing

Printing line with integration of a thermal inkjet (Videojet) and a rotating catch tray for collecting the finished printed products with easy removal for further processing.

Printing

Integration of a 2-fold thermal inkjet print head from Videojet into a printing system for pharmaceutical folding cartons, including camera control and ejection of faulty products.

Printing

Integration of a 4-head thermal inkjet printer from REA for folding cartons, including camera inspection and rejection of faulty products,

Customized banding machines

Collating machine for up to seven different booklets that can be glued or banded together. Three banding stations have been integrated to achieve a maximum output of 60 cycles per minute. To ensure that the collation is correct, all booklets are checked using cameras and at least a check weigher. Faulty stacks are ejected.

Customized banding machines

Banding machine for waste bags. The machine is integrated into a tubular bag machine and bands the waste bags after they have been wound up. A hot melt station is also integrated to glue the band.

Cutting Device

View into the cutting unit of a feeder with cutting device. In this case, endlessly packaged gauze bandages are separated. This machine type can also be used for separating and feeding silica gel bags or oxygen absorbers, for example.

Cutting Device

Cutting unit integrated into the delivery of a feeder. Here, an absorbent cloth is cut from the roll into predefined lengths and dispensed into the outer packaging.

Gluing

Collating machine for up to seven different booklets, which can be glued together (here Baumer HHS) or banded (here Bandall). To achieve a maximum output of 60 cycles, three banding stations were integrated. To ensure that the collation is correct, all booklets are checked using cameras. Faulty stacks are rejected.

Gluing

Banding machine for waste bags. The machine is integrated into a tubular bag machine and bands the waste bags after they have been wound up. A hot melt station is also integrated to glue the band.

Labelling

Collating line with integrated Videojet labeller and TTO print module. Furthermore, the printed codes are checked and faulty ones are rejected. Afterwards the products are collected available for removal.

Labelling

Transport line for pharmaceutical folded cartons:

The labeller is integrated into a collating line for pharmaceutical folding cartons with a cycle rate of 400/min, camera control and rejection.

Scanning

Collating machine for up to seven different booklets, which can be glued together (here Baumer HHS) or banded (here Bandall). To achieve a maximum output of 60 cycles, three banding stations were integrated. To ensure that the collation is correct, all booklets are checked using cameras. Faulty stacks are rejected.

Scanning

Feeder with integrated code scanner from Systec. The code is reliably identified up to a speed of 50,000 products per hour.

Scanning

Transport line with integration of a TTO print module from König + Bauer and a Keyence camera to verify the printed code. At the end of the transport line there is a catch tray for collecting and removing the cardboard boxes.

Others

Collating machine for up to seven different booklets, which can be glued together (here Baumer HHS) or banded (here Bandall). To achieve a maximum output of 60 cycles, three banding stations were integrated. To ensure that the collation is correct, all booklets are checked using cameras. Faulty stacks are rejected.

Others

Integration into a blister machine. The cartons are separated and dispensed into a cassette. This is moved to the target position by linear motors, where the cartons are then pressed into the blisters and cover the base.

Tipping (positioned feeding):

Integration of a positioning feeder into a Krones filling line.

Dust or sunshield covers are placed on the bottles in the crates as they pass through.

Tipping (positioned feeding):

Integration of a positioning feeder into a folding box gluing machine (Bobst) for dispensing e.g. reinforcements with an accuracy or speed of +/- 1 mm at 100 m/min.

Tipping (positioned feeding):

Integration of a positioning feeder into a folding box gluing machine (Jagenberg) for dispensing e.g. carrying handles with an accuracy or speed of +/- 1 mm at 100 m/min.
